In an advertisement for his campaign, Mike Pence filmed a scene where he was parked at a gas station in a red pickup truck, got out of the truck, and grabbed the fuel pump nozzle. He took it off of the fuel pump, and then placed it in the gas tank entry port of the vehicle. Without selecting the grade of fuel he wanted (which left the fuel pump beeping), he then failed to squeeze the trigger to the handle of the nozzle, preventing fuel from being dispensed into the vehicle.
