For the Super Bowl in 2022, FTX ran an ad featuring Larry David as somebody who always “gets it wrong” when evaluating products and always says no to them (such as the wheel, the fork, the toilet and coffee). When told about FTX, self described as a “Safe, easy way to get into crypto”, Larry once again was not interested in it, emphasizing he’s never wrong.

FTX filed for bankruptcy in Nov 2022 after misappropriating customer funds and defrauding investors.
