In a video widely available online, and recorded during the COVID era, Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke about trusting experts in their domain of expertise, and towards the end of the video, said:

No, screw your freedom, because with freedom comes applications and responsibilities.

This video was also posted on Arnold’s official YouTube Channel (linked below). Other reporting suggested this was from a CNN panel regarding the topic, which seems likely given the panel members.
