The FBI Is a Defendant in a Lawsuit Over Withholding Records of Facebook Censorship

On October 04, 2022 the Non-profit America First Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit naming the FBI as a defendant in a Washington D.C District Court. This lawsuit is with regards to the FBI withholding records of Facebook censorship on the matter of the Hunter Biden laptop story. These records are the conversations the FBI had with Facebook regarding this story.
In an interview with Joe Rogan on August 25th, Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta (the parent company of Facebook), said:
“The background here is that the FBI came to us—some folks on our team—and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert. We thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election, we have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump that’s similar to that,’”
